When people mention wearing socks with sandals I have flashbacks of my Sicily-raised uncles walking around wearing black socks with man sandals...omg...the memory alone is enough to put me in a unresponsive catatonic state. This trend however is a little different and I have a completely different reaction to it, as in I LOVE IT.

It was first spotted on the runway at the Elie Saab show:

And I swooned....

Then I spotted my beloved Riri sporting the look and I was hooked:

I was going to take a poll to see how my readers felt about this trend but since I love it...that's all that matters...right?! xoxo

Uncle Karl's latest endeavor is a Coca-Cola Light (Diet Coke in France) campaign. He redesigned the bottle which now bears his likeness and a pink cap. Lagerfeld also shot the ad campaign featuring the fabulous Coca Rocha. While I will NEVER switch over to Coke, especially diet, I do think the bottle and accompanying campaign are fabulous and encourage non-pepsi addicts, to purchase the limited edition set of a bottle and bottle opener for $64 in Paris or at Colette.
