Barbie has gotten herself some Louboutins. It's about time... I mean she has mansions, beachfront homes, various cars, jewelry and an amazing wardrobe, it's only fitting she have the creme de la creme of designer shoes. She actually pretty much was given a entire makeover by Mattel and Mr.Louboutin inspired by Nefertiti and Marilyn Monroe.

The collection consists of 3 versions of the famous doll. Each doll is packaged in Louboutin shoe boxes, and come with four pairs of Barbie-size Louboutin heels. The 3 dolls will be released separately in 3 different months and retail for $150. The first Louboutin Barbie will be released in December.

The release schedule will go as follows:

December: "Jewel Thief" themed Barbie.

February: "Safari" themed Barbie

May: "Cannes Film Festival" Barbie

Odd Fact: NONE of the Louboutin Barbies are blond.
