Spencer Pratt's Next Big Career Move
Spencer Pratt's next big career move, becoming the new KFC spokesperson, has been placed on the back fryer, while the fast food giant and the reality TV star iron out some legal disputes.Radar Online can exclusively report that it was all systems go for Spencer as KFC moved forward with their plans to use his music track "Ain't No Thang But A Chicken Wing," as part of an upcoming ad campaign, but now a major spanner has been thrown in the works.
"Spencer had worked on the track with music producer Daniel Cortez and when Daniel heard about the talks between KFC and Spencer he lawyered up and contacted them immediately," a source close to the situation tells Radar Online.
"He is disputing Spencer's ownership of the song and right to license it and until that issue is resolved KFC won't proceed any further.
"Spencer is not happy with the situation and is concerned that it's going to blow his whole deal.
"Spencer was under the impression that everything had been ironed out with Daniel, but now he's being told everything is on hold until Daniel receives a satisfactory contract proving his share of ownership regarding the track.
"He's concerned that this is going to totally jeopardize things and that KFC will pull out of the deal."
However, Radar Online has learned that there is some good news on the horizon for the aspiring rapper and his many fans.
"Spencer is going into the studio with Hip Hop platinum selling artist Waka Floka Flame and Wooh Da Kid this month in Atlanta," a source says. "They're making a compilation CD with guests from all walks of rock 'n' roll, old school and R&B!"

Christina Aguilera & Matthew Rutler -- Arrested
Christina Aguilera was arrested early this morning along with her boyfriend in West Hollywood, TMZ has learned. Christina was popped for public intoxication and her boyfriend was arrested for driving under the influence.Aguilera was arrested at 2:45 AM and booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's station on a misdemeanor charge.
On the booking report, Aguilera was listed at 5'2" and 100 pounds.
Aguilera's 25-year-old boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also arrested last night at the same time for a misdemeanor offense.
According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Rutler's bail was set at $30,000.
Law enforcement sources tell us Aguilera appeared to be "extremely intoxicated" and was "unable to take care of herself."
However, the source adds, "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble."
Sources close to Xtina tell us they have been trying to get the singer into a rehab program for weeks.

The starlet said she actually picked out her Lorraine Schwartz sapphire earrings before deciding on the navy gown, noting, "when you play around with all of the jewelry and find the right dress, it just works out!"
But of course, the Kourtney and Kim Take New York star pointed out that the evening wasn't just about fashion.
"When I was a little girl, one of my mom's friends passed away from AIDS, so from a really young age, we became very well aware of the disease," said Kardashian. "It’s really cool that Elton puts his name with a cause that is so close to his heart. The glitz and the glam is fine, but when you come to an event with a good cause, it makes it even better!"
