Winona Ryder is easing back into "Hollywood" with 2 movies and an appearance in Elle magazine's January 2011 issue. Elle’s style director Kate Lanphear styled Winona for "Girl, Resurrected", which was shot by photographer Horst Diekgerdes, and she looks amazing... Welcome back Winona.

The 2010 Teen Choice Awards were held last night (airing tonight at 8pm on Fox) and of course there was a ton of star power gracing the red carpet. *Yawn* Too bad the stars didn't shine so brightly... I wasn't disappointed by what I saw...just indifferent to it. Nothing reached out and slapped me. No one turned my head...

Except...

Lea Michele. The "Glee" star was perfectly dressed, or I should say "styled" for the occasion in a stunning green and nude Naeem Khan mini-dress from his Resort 2011 Collection.

Adding a nude clutch and fab nude Christian Dior Spring 2010 wedges the young starlet rocked the perfect look for the event. Red carpet worthy yet youthful enough for the teen-based audience. Well done Girl..

Mz.Michele's hair and makeup people did a great job also, matching the "playful yet glam" tone of the ensemble perfectly.

The above was a prime example of green done glam... Below is a prime example of green gone wrong....really really wrong. The color, the fit, the shoes, the hair, the makeup...wrong. So wrong.

Emma, if you look at a dress and think "Auntie Julia would wear/like this"...DON'T WEAR IT!!! Let's just hope she hasn't stopped shaving her underarms region...

I have never ever been to a auction. Never. I've been tempted a few times but it all just seemed like too much work... Seriously...it just seemed easier to walk into Barney's, pick out something fabulous, pay for it and go to lunch.

However, come September I will be off to auction...



Isabella Blow, fashion icon and McQueen muse, who tragically died a few years ago had an INSANE wardrobe. Quite possibly the best wardrobe on the planet. And it's going to auction. And so am I. How can I resist?! Rumored to be auctioned off: Over 90 of McQueen’s designs, 50 Philip Treacy hats, and a number of Manolo Blahnik shoes. <~OMG!! The auction will take place in London on September 15th. I am sooooooo there.

Riri is hard at work filming the video for her next single "Rude Boy" (one of my favorites from the Rated-R CD) and some of the production stills have flooded the Internet. Pure Crack. I love the styling. All of it.







One website compared the video to "Thriller". Now, I don't think Rihanna or anyone else should ever be compared to the late great Michael Jackson in terms of music videos, or anything else for that matter, MJ turned music videos into film productions. Period. However, I think what they were trying to convey is that this video is going to be HUGE. An epic production along the lines of a mini-movie.







Time will tell I guess...but one thing I know now is that the styling is beyond dope in these pix...it's crack...peep the gold. It's my favorite:)

Rihanna performed at The Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam on Thursday, February 4th, on Miami Beach, Florida and KILLED IT. Her performance was amazing as usual and she was rockin another outfit that will keep her haters busy til the next Riri spotting. I already know what most of you are gonna say about her outfit...and you already know what I'm gonna say..."Oh shut up she looked fab". I loved it all. Her makeup. Her hair (Yeah, I said it...oh shut up already). And I loved the outfit put together by style team Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi.

I have no idea what's going on with Chloe Sevigny. Lately she has been a red carpet darling... Which is so out of character for her. For years her outfits were red carpet disasters that actually made me sad...some women cry while watching a Lifetime movie, I cry watching red carpets missteps. I don't know if she hired a stylist or what happened but recently she has been on point and I am impressed. It's a drastic improvement...
